Where can I find my customer number?

The customer number, also called account number, is a unique five-digit number that we use to identify you.

You can obtain your customer number in four ways:

  1. From your sales representative
  2. From an invoice
  3. From a packing slip
  4. From Columbia Connect

In this tutorial we are going to learn how to get the customer number from an invoice, a packing slip and Columbia Connect.

 

Obtain the customer number from an invoice

The customer number can be found in two places: 

  1. Right under the “Bill To” field on the left hand side of the invoice header.
  2. On the “Account No” field at the top right of the invoice header.

 

Obtain the customer number from a packing slip

The customer number can be found in the “Customer” field located on the left hand side of the packing slip header.

 

Obtain the customer number from Columbia Connect

1. Access Columbia Connect by clicking on the following link: https://columbiaconnect.com/. 

2. Log in. 

3. You will find your customer number in the upper right corner of the screen, in the dark gray banner.
