The delivery number is a unique number consisting of nine digits that is used by us to identify the shipments of a specific order.
You can obtain the delivery number in three ways:
- From the invoice
- From the packing slip
- From Columbia Connect
Obtain the delivery number from an invoice
The delivery number can be found in the “Delivery No” field at the top right of the invoice header.
Obtain the delivery number from a packing slip
The delivery number can be found in the “Pkt Nbr” field located in the middle of the packing slip header.
Obtain the delivery number from Columbia Connect
1. Access Columbia Connect by clicking on the following link: https://columbiaconnect.com/.
2. Log in.
3. Click on “Order Status” and then click on “Orders”.
4. On the next screen you will see a table and a search panel on the left side of the screen.
5. (Optional) Please note that by default only the results for the last 60 days are shown. Use the search panel if you want to retrieve previous orders or find a specific order. For instance, you can indicate your internal purchase order number in the “P.O. No.” field.
6. Once you have located the order, click on the Columbia order number to see more details of the order.
7. On the left side of the next screen you will find all the delivery numbers created for that order. They are in the “Shipments” field, just above the “Expand All” button. Each reference represents a delivery number.
