You can check the status of an order on Columbia Connect: https://columbiaconnect.com/.
Once logged in, click on “Order Status” and then on “Orders” to get to the order section. In the last column of the table you will find the status.
If you want to see the status of the items in a given order, click on the Columbia order number to access the details.
Both the order and the product will have one of the following statuses:
- Open
- In process: the units are being prepared for shipment in our warehouse.
- Partially Shipped: part of the order has been shipped. The status of the rest of the units may vary, so you have to enter the order and check the details.
- Shipped: the entire order has been shipped and nothing is still open.
- Cancelled
