You can check the availability of a product on Columbia Connect: https://columbiaconnect.com/.
Search for the item you wish to check in one of two ways:
- By clicking on “Explore product” and selecting a season to view the catalog. Once in it, use the filters on the left to narrow your search. When you find the desired product, if you hover your mouse over it, you will see two buttons: “Quick View” and “Availability”. Click on the latter.
- Entering a keyword or the reference number of an item in the search box. This will directly open the availability panel of the products matching your search.
In the availability panel you will see the 7-digit product reference in blue (2051531 in the example) and one line for each color. Also, the legend displayed just above the product name and reference will help you to interpret the data.
Taking size S in the color “Black” as an example:
- The green perimeter of the rectangle indicates that there is plenty of availability.
- The 0 in the rectangle indicates that you have not added any units to your purchase.
- The number 47 below the rectangle tells you that there are currently a total of 47 units available.
- The date June 18, 2024 (in M/D/Y format) indicates the next arrival date of merchandise in our warehouse. If instead of a date you see three dashes, it means that there will be no more availability.
